All our patients come to us via both professional and personal referrals. We carefully assess before taking on any new patients, as we want to ensure we are a good fit, can meet the patient's health goals, and that our schedule affords the necessary time for proper care.

• A brief overview of your health issues and goals
• Expectations on when you want to start your health journey with us

Step 2:

Once we confirm our ability to take you or a family member on as a new patient:

• We will get relevant details to set you up in our system
• You will send us diagnostics and related labwork and any medication and supplement protocols you currently follow

We are located in beautiful Yorkville: 133 Avenue Road, #200, Toronto, Ontario. By appointment only. No walk-ins, please. Parking is available for patients during your appointment time. Ask for details prior to coming for your appointment.
