• Your preferred timeline for beginning your health journey (please note that we are always near capacity)
• If you are out of town or international, if you are interested in working via telehealth

Step 2: Confirmation & Next Steps

Once we determine that we can take you on as a patient:

• We will provide a timeline for when your journey can begin
• We will collect relevant details to set you up in our system
• You will provide any diagnostics, lab work, medications, and supplements you are currently following
