Led by a scientist practitioner
Cat Aulakh, our founder and scientist practitioner, brings over a decade of interdisciplinary healthcare to her work — advanced science, met with a profoundly human approach. Her studies span the lymphatic system, functional medicine and clinical nutrition, alongside biotechnology, genetics and neuroscience through Cornell University and MIT.
Longevity without function isn’t the goal. By identifying root causes early, we extend healthspan: the years you spend thriving and achieving, not just surviving.
Her patient practice, based in Toronto, now attracts people from around the globe. Working from the principle of biological individuality — no two bodies, histories or healing paths are the same — we collaborate with cutting-edge labs across the United States and Europe and apply customized testing with AI to build highly personalised, data-driven programs that give patients clarity, precision and direction.
We see patients from infant to seniors and are proud to have many generations of families under our care.
Alongside the clinic, Cat is engaged in ongoing research projects, and she has presented and continues to present new and evolving research at conferences.
She is an active member of Longevity Global — Boston and NYC Chapters, the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, ASHG and IFM USA. Through them she stays at the evolving edge of research, and brings what she learns straight back to the people we care for.
We don’t work alone. Our team includes partners throughout the United States and Europe who become part of your team and their expertise feeds directly into your results and programs, alongside inpatient care here in Toronto.
